Dungeons & Dragons Online: Eberron Unlimited: Eberron Unlimited: New Class, Level Cap

The new content to be included in the upcoming launched Dungeons & Dragons Online: Eberron Unlimited has been revealed in this latest announcement from Turbine.
DDO Unlimited will bring with it several new features, including a new class, the Favored Soul, which has access to a wide array of healing spells and possesses a strong proficiency in melee weapons, more so than any other caster in the game.
Coming in alongside the new class is a raise of the level cap to 20, a new zone called The Plane of Battle, the return of the marketplace, and updated visuals as DDO takes advantage of DirectX10.

Mines can be scary places with dark crevasses and scary monsters, but often times the scariest thing you will find in a mine is an aggressive miner. Now I am not talking about Dark Miners the monsters but players with a pick to grind because you are competing for the same ore.
Now, with recent updates there has been a decline in player aggressions while mining and no longer are Percs placed in cave to collect the resource bags dropped by protectors. However, mining is still one of the most competitive gathering professions in the world of twelve.

Warhammer Online: Mythic and BioWare Form New RPG/MMO Group

Today we have important news to share with the community. EA is restructuring its RPG and MMO games development into a new group that includes both Mythic and BioWare. This newly formed team will be led by Ray Muzyka, co-founder and General Manager of BioWare. With this change, Ray becomes Group General Manager of the new RPG/MMO studio group. BioWare’s other co-founder, Greg Zeschuk will become Group Creative Officer for the new RPG/MMO studio group. Rob Denton will step up as General Manager of Mythic and report to Ray. BioWare’s studios remain unchanged and continue to report to Ray.
Mark Jacobs, co-founder and current General Manager of Mythic, will leave EA on June 23, 2009. We thank Mark for his contributions at Mythic and wish him the very best going forward. Mark played a major part in the success of Mythic with his contribution as General Manager and Lead Designer of WAR.
Mythic retains a strong team led by Rob who co-founded Mythic in 1995. Rob played a critical role in the development of Dark Age of Camelot. In his previous role as COO, he was responsible for all day-to-day management of the studio including all development, operations and support.

Este mes es muy importante para todos nosotros porque sale la próxima actualización importante de Age of Conan.
Ya está aquí la actualización 1.05Llevamos tiempo trabajando en ella y ha estado varios meses en los servidores de pruebas. Es inevitable no estar un poco nervioso al ver que una actualización en la que hemos puesto tanto esfuerzo y dedicación está a punto de salir en los servidores activos.
Seguramente haya algunos aspectos que tengamos que seguir ajustando y estamos preparados y dispuestos a hacerlo. El ciclo en el servidor de pruebas ha ido muy bien y me gustaría dar las gracias a todas las personas que han dedicado tiempo a probar la actualización y a enviarnos sus comentarios. Sin vosotros, esto no habría sido posible.
Familiarizarse con la actualizaciónLas cosas han cambiado un poco en el nuevo sistema RPG, tendréis que experimentar, aprenderos el nuevo árbol de dotes y averiguar cuáles de los nuevos aumentos os van mejor. Unser Game Director Craig ’Silirrion’ Morrison spricht über Update 5 und die Zeit danach.
Dieser Monat stellt für unser Team einen bedeutenden Meilenstein dar: Wir bereiten die Veröffentlichung des nächsten großen Spielupdates für Age of Conan vor.
Update 1.05 ist daDas Update ist jetzt schon seit einiger Zeit in Arbeit und wurde in den vergangenen Monaten auf den Test-Servern auf Herz und Nieren geprüft. Und es ist wirklich ziemlich nervenaufreibend, wenn ein Update, in das so viel Arbeit und Leidenschaft geflossen ist, auf den Live-Servern veröffentlicht wird.
Wir werden wahrscheinlich einige Elemente noch weiter verbessern und anpassen müssen, aber wir sind vorbereitet und bereit dafür. Die Arbeit auf den Test-Servern war fantastisch, und ich möchte auch all denen meinen Dank aussprechen, die ihre Zeit investiert haben, um das Update zu testen und uns Feedback zu geben. Ohne euch hätten wir es nicht geschafft.
Was bringt das Update?Da durch das überarbeitete Rollenspielsystem alles ein wenig anders ist, werdet ihr die neuen Talentbäume erst neu entdecken und verstehen müssen. Ce mois marque une étape importante pour notre équipe, car c’est celui de la mise à jour majeure suivante d’Age of Conan.
La mise à jour 1.05 est là
Cela fait bien longtemps que nous travaillons dessus et plusieurs mois qu’elle est sur le serveur de test, et c’est extrêmement stressant de se dire qu’une mise à jour qui a nécessité autant d’efforts arrive enfin sur les serveurs de jeu.
Il y a de fortes chances que certains éléments doivent encore être modifiés et équilibrés, et nous sommes prêts à le faire. La phase de test sur le serveur dédié a été extrêmement utile et je tiens à remercier tous ceux qui ont pris le temps de tester cette mise à jour et de nous faire part de leurs impressions. Sans vous, nous n’y serions pas arrivés.
Intégrer la mise à jour
Avec la refonte du système de caractéristiques, certaines choses ont changé, et vous aurez sans doute besoin de temps pour étudier les nouveaux arbres d’aptitudes et voir celles qui correspondent le mieux à votre style de jeu. Letter from the Game Director – June 2009
This month marks an important milestone for the team here as we prepare to roll out the next major game update for Age of Conan.

Update 1.05 is hereIts been in the works for some time now, and been put through its paces on the test servers for a few months now. It is certainly more than a little nerve wracking to see an update that has had so much effort and dedication poured into it released to the live servers.
It is also likely that there are some elements we will still need to tweak and adjust further, and we are prepared and ready for that. The test server cycle has been great, and Id like to extend my thanks to everyone who has put time into testing the update and providing their feedback. We couldnt have done this without you.
