Büttenredenwettbewerb 2010: Siegerehrung – Nachrichten aus RuneScape
Feb 28th

[1.Local]: One does not simply walk into holiday bosses
Feb 28th
Reader comments — ahh, yes, the juicy goodness following a meaty post. [1.Local] ducks past the swinging doors to see what readers have been chatting about in the back room over the past week.
Our friendly neighborhood Dungeon Finder will become the one and only method of accessing seasonal holiday bosses, come Patch 3.3.3. No longer will you need to worry about which players in your group have their daily summons available or whether your roll will be enough to win such rare but delicious vanity items such as the Big Love Rocket or the Horseman’s Reins. Everything will be streamlined and automated now — but that doesn’t mean the process won’t still prove to be a significant journey.
Al: One does not simply walk into holiday bosses.
Kurash: Not with ten thousand men could you do this! It is folly!
mtsadowski: I will do it. I will tank the holiday bosses … only I do not know the way.
Henrah: I will help you bear this burden, mtsadowski, as long as it is yours to bear.
tulipblossom: If, by my life or death, I can protect you, I will. You have my sword.
Bril: And my axe.
D4: And my pet.
MarcSpirit: Great! Where are we going? – End More >
World of Warcraft Authenticator Hacked
Feb 28th
The worst possible thing to happen to a MMO player is getting their account hacked. All the work that you put in to your account can be gone and the process of getting your character and items back is a painful and long process. Companies of course take steps to protect customers like Blizzard’s Authenticator for World of Warcraft but recent events show that even these aren’t fool proof.
The Authenticator for WoW has a reputation for being hack proof and because of that a lot of people own one. Basically what it does is it gives you a set of random digits that you put in with your original password. So every time you log in to your WoW account you get an extra random password that only the owner of the Authenticator can know.
From what I know there hasn’t been a case of an account that used an Authenticator getting hacked but that changed today. There is a virus going around that can hack the World of Warfcraft Authenticator. The virus intercepts the Authenticator code when you log into WoW and sends Blizzard a wrong one (which is why you can’t log in since you will get a “Wrong More >
Submarines coming in Cataclysm
Feb 28th
While we didn’t get the full fledged Maelstrom expansion that some people were predicting, Cataclysm still promises to have some water-related content, such as the Abyssal Maw, the elemental plane of water. And where there’s water, you need a boat. The recent Twitter developer chat revealed that we will, in fact, be using new transports to get to certain places in Cataclysm, and that these transport would be submarines, built by the gnomes and goblins for their respective factions.

Hyperiums (v3) : Le SC4 menacé ?
Feb 28th
Dance Studio still "on the list," say developers
Feb 28th
The dance studio is perhaps the most enduring piece of vapor ware in WoW to date. First hinted at in the original WotLK trailer and announced in the months leading up to release, it was conspicuously absent from the finished product, however, and now that we’re on the final major patch of the expansion, it still hasn’t made it in game. The closest we’ve gotten to any sort of official word on it, barring the dance battle April fool’s joke, is from a Curse interview with the developers that suggests the dance studio won’t be in Wrath at all.

I was surfing the net for MMORPG games and found this game I missed out with my busy life. It’s not new, some 6 months old Hype out 3D side-scroller MMO game more like Maple Story, Wonder King and Latale. The thing that attracted me so much into it is the video trailers. Every trailer was different and unique. There is about a Fun Factory with Food 3D characters then the story trailer with dragons in it and the characters and much more interesting videos. You can see them for yourselves.

Final Fantasy XI getting trio of major content updates
Feb 28th
Square Enix has announced that new content will be making its way to Final Fantasy XI via a trio of major updates.
The first one, “Vision of Abyssea,” is slated for release this summer. The other two updates, ”Scars of Abyssea” and “Heroes of Abyssea”, haven’t been dated yet. They’ll all be available for PS2, Xbox 360, and PC. Each will launch simultaneously on the aforementioned platforms.
All three, priced at US$ 9.99 each, will add new combat stages, equipment, and monsters to Final Fantasy XI. Players will need to have both the Rise of the Zilart and Wings of the Goddess expansion packs to play them though.
