Class Spotlight: Hunter
Mar 29th
From March through July, WoW Vault will be running a series of spotlights to celebrate each of World of Warcraft’s classes! Every two weeks we’ll be spotlighting a different class and during that time we’ll be doing class themed things around the WoW Vault! We’ve had a fabulous time with our furry druid friends but now it’s time for all you Hunters out there!
The Hunter is a stalker in the wilds, living on his knowledge of survival and skill with a bow or rifle. He is deeply in tune with nature, and some of its mightiest beasts are his allies. Of Azeroth’s many creatures, few can resist the hunter’s call, and fewer can survive his fury. Hunters are as varied as the world’s many climates, but they are universally renowned for their amazing abilities to find their prey and bring it down. Their skills will be required in the days to come when the world is consumed in fire and rage.
Check out everything we have coming up to celebrate Hunters everywhere!

The Secret Is In the Pew Pew
Mar 29th
Ammunition. We love it, we hate it. Better bullets and arrows lead to better pew pew. But all that pack space that could be saved! For a tantalizing moment in history, Blizzard told us they’d be removing the need for ammo and then they changed their minds. Instead they let the ammo stack higher but they did not remove it. Do you think that hunter ammo should go away? Do you think it should stay? It seems like a simple yes/no question but we want to know why! What are the arguments you could present for keeping or removing hunter ammo?
The Topic of the Week is a contest run by WoW Vault! The best reply will receive VIP Insider for 2 weeks! Potential winning posts are judged according to length, interpretation of the subject and writing style.Disclaimer: Winners with too many ToS violations on their account may not be eligible to receive the reward.
Blood Pact: Destruction 101
Mar 29th
Blood Pact is your weekly warlock digest brought to you by Dominic Hobbs. “I love the smell of napalm in the morning… The smell, you know that gasoline smell, the whole hill. Smelled like… victory” ~ Lieutenant Colonel Bill Kilgore
Destruction is often considered to be the ’mage-like’ warlock spec; this is based on its more dwarven style of play (fight, drink, fight, drink…). It is true that destruction relies more on direct damage than DoTs or the damage done by minions, but don’t be fooled, destro locks are not just emo-mages.
Where the other lock specs focus on shadow magic, destruction primarily makes use of fire spells. Incinerate takes the place of Shadow Bolt as a filler, and Conflagrate and Chaos Bolt are added to the spell book making a dazzling array of… well, destruction.
Destruction benefits
Destruction locks have the greatest ’burst’ potential. This means that they can deliver a high level of DPS very quickly. This makes them ideal for short fights and swapping between multiple targets.
Destro locks are also very mana efficient — not because they don’t get through their mana (they certainly do!) but because they have so much mana restored through Improved Soul Leech.

[Part 1]Dragon Nest: Sneak Preview of Warriors’ PVP
Mar 29th
Dragon Nest has launched its test in China prior to America and Europe. Therefore, today we’d like to take this opportunity to give those anxious players a sneak preview of warriors’ PVP.
Warrior Skills For more Dragon Nest video
1. Warriors have 5 passive skills that are useful in PVP.
Warrior vs. Warrior
Here, let’s introduce a warrior’s combo attacks. First, throw a heavy hook upon the nearby opponent and then launch four common attacks. At that time, check whether the opponent is close to the wall. If yes, right click to side kick him/her into the sky. It is the effect of rebounding from the wall. After that, the opponent will fall to the ground at the back of you, so you must turn round as quickly as possible and unleash another four common attacks immediately. Soon after, use Punch + common attacks or continue to cast Dragon Strike + common attacks unless the opponent is repulsed near another wall, for the 1 vs.1 map is small. At last, go on using Kick away + common attacks and then wait for the skill cooldown.

’Who Needs Real Women When You Have Love Plus?’
Mar 29th
I went out and had a dinner with my friend last weekend. While we were talking about how to ask a girl out on date, my friend suddenly exclaimed, “OMG, I’ve forgotten the date with Rinko.” After leaving the words “I must go home NOW”, he ran away immediately even I didn’t have time to ask who is Rinko. I thought maybe he got a Japanese girl.
Kobayakawa Rinko Dream
Today, my friend apologized for his suddenly leaving and told me that he was playing a game titled Love Plus, the girl he called Rinko whose full name is Kobayakawa Rinko is one of three characters in Love Plus.
Of course I have known Love Plus is a poplar love game in Japan. Love Plus, a DS virtual schoolgirl relationship simulation game, has sold over 100,000 copies, with highly positive buzz having pushed sales on from the 45,000 copies sold in the first week. And then, the problem comes. Fans of the game are adamant about the worth of their virtual girlfriends, with “who needs real women when you have Love Plus” being a commonly heard sentiment online. An otaku even married his virtual girlfriend, and now, it turns to my friend.

Breakfast Topic: Game over man! Game over!
Mar 29th
This Breakfast Topic is brought to you by WoW.com’s guest blogger program! Want to participate in a future call for guest posts? Read up on how to contribute, and keep an eye on the site for program announcements! World of Warcraft has been out for over five years now and if you have been playing since launch it’s probably hard to imagine a day where the patches stop coming. It’s a scary thought that WoW would someday cease to exist. Sure Blizzard would probably launch World of Warcraft 2 and in that sense the World of Warcraft would still exist, but that doesn’t give me any comfort with the idea that some day my current characters will basically be gone. All the time and effort, all the experiences, all the friends, guild mates, armor, addons, slash commands, everything that we have done, will one day end. I really don’t like the idea of a world without the World of Warcraft for many reasons.
Sure there will be people saying, “It’s just a game!” but this kind of thinking truly shows how emotionally connected we have become to something that is “just a game.”
I am sure Blizzard will keep the servers up for years to More >
