The Repopulation: New Bestiary Entry Published

The team behind The Repopulation has posted a new lore piece giving some background information about one of the members of the bestiary. Thiss time, the Setlang is profiled.
A Setlang is a dangerous hunter that uses its strong beak to crush the spine of its prey. They live and hunt in packs ranging from three or four up to a dozen or more if there are young being taught how to hunt. Their hide is dark and mottled to blend into the terrain and they have extremely large and strong claws that dig into the ground during a fast sprinting attack. Their beaks are incredibly strong, able to remove the arm off of a human with one bite and twist. They don't have a strong sense of smell, hunting mostly by sight with their faceted eyes able to spot the slightest movement.

Ragnarok Online: iOS Version Launches in the EU

Ragnarok: Violet, a single player version of Ragnarok Online, has officially launched for iOS devices in Europe. According to the dev team, Violet utilizes many of the online systems with new ones added for "more intuitive gameplay".
In this brand new adventure, you portray Clide, a young swordsman who tries to join the Violet Knights order to follow in his dead father’s footsteps. But his fate is about to turn more dangerous than he expects it to be: the missions he will be entrusted with will lead him to unveil a dark and sinister plot against the world.

APB: Reloaded: New Breed Part 1 Released

The APB-Reloaded team has announced the details from the latest game update, New Breed Part 1. According to the blog post, New Breed adds new game content, new environment changes and new audio.
Among the usual bug fixes, these are the major components of v1.7.0:
- Weekly Challenges added to the Fight Club zones. Players can now compete for several tiers of prizes using entirely new, heart-pounding game modes.
- New Progression Contacts in the game, handing out new player levels and the very latest experimental gear and gadgets. By finding them, players can earn themselves cool new virtual gear.
- New Mods and Features can be picked up from the new Contacts, bringing new capabilities to players including increased inventory, radar jammers, recoil decrease, opponent tracking and the ultimate high-tech way to lock vehicle speeds at MAX.
- Combat has been enhanced with new marksmanship and mobility modifications and sweet new weapons.
- New Custom Clothing Sets including this spring’s 'must have' Paramilitary rig.
- New Vehicle Kits for both Criminals and Enforcers. Players can cruise in style and smash into buildings and opponents while looking even cooler than before.

Final Fantasy XIV: Legacy & Welcome Back Campaigns Detailed

The latest producer's letter has arrived on the Final Fantasy Online XIV site. The letter outlines a pair of plans of interest to current and former FFXIV players. The Legacy Plan rewards players who subscribe for 90 consecutive days prior to the launch of v2.0. The Welcome Back Campaign will entice former players to try out v2.0 for no charge for ten days.
Those who qualify for the campaign and become Legacy members will:
- Be able to play FFXIV from version 2.0 at the discounted Legacy price, forever.
- Receive an exclusive chocobo mount upon the launch of version 2.0.
- Earn a place in the credits for version 2.0.
