RuneFest 2011: Goodbye and Congrats! – news from RuneScape
Nov 10th
We were looking forward to RuneFest for such a long time but all too soon, the weekends come to an end. The props are back in Gielinor, the actors are back in their box for another year and the dwarves are busy learning their lines ready to appear in a festive pantomime near you!
Were not quite done yet, though, as wed like to say a few words of thanks and announce RuneFest 2011s competition winners.
Although the word is bandied around a lot, epic does seem like a very appropriate word to use when describing the weekend. Whether you were there in person, there in spirit or in game as part of one of the many events, we have you to thank for making the weekend as awesome as it was. The commitment made by you all throughout the event really blew us away and contributed massively to making it an amazing and humbling experience for us all here at Jagex. Whether those efforts involved saving your hard earned cash for your tickets, blagging days off work to give you more time to create your RuneFest costume, travelling half way around the world to get to London or taking More >

- Doppelte Beute in folgenden Verliesen:
- Verlies der Götterkriege (einschließlich Nex)
- Grabhügel
- Chaos-Tunnel
- Festung der Sicherheit
- Forinthry-Verlies

Exclusive Interview with Roll n Rock Dev Team!
Nov 9th
Roll n Rock, a new browser-based casual game developed by EverDream Studio, is busy preparing for release. Recently, the Dev Team has revealed some interesting info about the game. To dig out more exclusive info, we grabbed the chance to conduct an interview with the game’s producer & lead designer Phionax!
By Johann Schutz on November 7, 2011
Q: Hi, Phinoax! As the lead designer of this upcoming browser-based casual game Roll n Rock, you must very much look forward to its excellent performance, right? A: Sure. We’ve spent a great deal of time and energy on this game, seeking to bring players the best possible gaming experience & casual competitive fun. All our developers indeed have great expectations on this game.
Q: What inspired you to develop such a game? A: At the time when we launched the Roll n Rock project, there were few browser-based competitive casual games or browser-based real-time combat games out there on the market. But in fact, such games are truly fun to play, so we challenged us to create a browser-based real-time competitive combat game.
Q: Have you encountered any idea bottlenecks during game development? How did you pull through? Anyhow, the game does boast lots More >
Dawn Breaking — Bloody Vampire Coming!
Nov 9th
After waiting for around two weeks, the new class of Dragon’s Call will be released on November 10th, 2011.
Vampires from Netherwind Fort are proficient in controlling their strength and casting spells, and are competent for different situations thanks to their strong healing ability and various single enhancements. Just because of their excellent assisting ability and massive damage, they play an indispensable role in a group.
In this version, the new class will have different skills, weapons and quicker speed to damage their enemies more; it will be popular to players who want to try fresh feelings in fighting.
The promoted class of the vampire, Count of Night, Undead Warlock can also be expected. Yet players need quite a long time and effort to experience their different advantages in fighting.
Be expected to the new update this time. Dawn breaking is at hand!

More >Bot-Busting Update: Legal Proceedings – news from RuneScape
Nov 8th
Hi everyone,
As most of you know, Bot Nuke Day has been a resounding success, with 98% of bots removed from the game, and weve struck a crippling blow to gold farmers. The overwhelmingly positive feedback and noticeable improvement to RuneScape has been truly tremendous. In addition to the various technological measures Jagex recently implemented, many of you will be aware that Jagex has for some time been engaged in a number of legal procedures aimed at stopping bot developers and the most serious bot users. These legal procedures have been the subject of a significant amount of speculation, which we will attempt to address in this post.
Some third party bot websites have been making various statements alleging that Jagex is doing a number of things that are unlawful or dishonest in some way or the other. We cannot comment on everything that is said in real time despite our deep desire to keep you abreast of matters as we need to be careful not to compromise our strong legal position.
To be very clear – a lot of things that have been said, and that will continue to be said about Jagex in relation to legal matters, are untrue. Third parties More >

Novidades na Eliminação dos Bots: Processos Judiciais – notícias de RuneScape
Nov 8th
