Pandemic Legion Keeps IT Alliance Occupied in Delve as War Rages on in North – news from EvE
May 5th
KFIE-Z, Delve – As war rages on between the Northern Coalition [NC] and Southern Coalition [SC], Pandemic Legion attacks IT Alliance in Delve after receiving 200 billion ISK from an anonymous NC capsuleer.
Under new leadership, Pandemic Legion are currently attacking from KFIE-Z, hitting IT’s infrastructure and allies to keep them from fully committing to the war against the NC.
Pandemic Legion head diplomat, Jogyn explained the reason for their attacks on IT in Delve: “We don’t work closely with the NC at all. It’s common knowledge that we took 200 billion ISK from an anonymous NC member to keep IT busy in Delve.”
Jogyn claims that the ISK they received to fight IT is being used to pay for 4 titans they lost in a previous battle in Y-2ANO, Fountain.
The distraction to IT in their home region seems to be working as they have lost several high-end moons to Pandemic Legion, who have managed to take down a Titan and a Supercarrier during attacks, while suffering no capital losses of their own. They have however lost a few interdictors during the skirmishes.
The recent success, according to Jogyn, is due to the new leader of Pandemic Legion: “Ray Butts is the reason for More >
Ducia Foundry Team Target of Mysterious Attack – news from EvE
May 5th
X-7OMU – Following up on an anonymous report, The Scope has obtained classified sensor data from a Sisters of Eve search vessel sent deep into w-space. The operation was undertaken at the request of Ducia Foundry for the recovery of a team which was reported missing earlier in the week. The leaked sensor data reveals damage visible on recovered ships and outpost structures which is minimal and does not follow known Sleepers attack patterns. All members of the missing team are as yet unaccounted for after a thorough search of the mining outpost. Ducia Foundry spokesman Youd Rassosa has declined to comment at this time.
Ardishapur holding public court during engagements in own domains – news from EvE
May 4th
Sasta – In an unusual move, Lord Yonis Ardishapur has begun holding public court while touring his domains. Following his speaking engagements, the Heir has been opening his ears to the grievances of his underlings.
During a recent speaking engagement in the Ammatar system of Sasta, Lord Ardishapur held a public court, encouraging all members of society to bring their problems before him. While it is common for the Heirs to hold Royal Courts and hear the grievances of Holders under their rule, it is highly unusual for commoners to be granted equal standing.
His subjects’ reactions have mostly been positive. “Lord Ardishapur’s words made me realize the error of my grievance,” said Arro Hakim, a Ni-Kunni merchant who had long been attempting to escape a contract made with a Dabka holder. “I made the agreement in good faith and, while it may have ended up worse for me, it is my responsibility to bear, no one else’s. I’ve had scripture quoted at me before, but this time it honestly made a new kind of sense.”
Northern and Southern Coalition Battle Over Control of O-BY0Y – news from EvE
May 3rd
O-BY0Y, Pure Blind - On April 29, 112, Northern Coalition [NC] forces attacked several Southern Coalition [SC] towers, destroying a number of them in a day of activity.
Imperian, Fleet Commander for the NC forces, had his fleet concentrated on their first target, a technetium moon tower, when SC forces headed by IT capsuleers intercepted them.
Responding to the number of SC carriers, Imperian had his cap fleet drop back from O-BY0Y to a nearby system, where they were able to gather reinforcements before jumping back in and engaging the SC forces.
“It was a turkey shoot since we had 10 titans on the field that doomsdayed their dreadnoughts left and right,” Imperian said.
The SC lost an estimated 39 dreadnoughts in the fighting and 11 interdictors as well as what is believed to be 9 towers in a number of systems. It is believed the NC lost 3 interdictors and 6 dreadnoughts.
The war continues between both coalitions with skirmishes daily. Imperian expects more from the SC as both sides give and take over the same space.
“At the moment, Pandemic Legion is attacking IT in their home region, Delve, so IT have to handle both fronts and can’t concentrate giving us fight around the clock.”

Black Star Alliance Loses Super Capitals In Fountain – news from EvE
May 3rd
9DQW-W, Fountain – A combination of Pandemic Legion [PL] and Panda Team [GANK] forces destroyed a Black Star Alliance [BLAST] super carrier on May 2, 112. The Nyx class vessel piloted by Jacass66, a director of Legion of Qui [LOQ], was downed just outside the protective shields of a BLAST control tower.
The supercapital had been involved in an engagement near the 9DQW-W station when the Panda Team fleet commander noticed that Jacass66 would warp out to the same spot just outside of the control tower’s shield every time he fell back from the station. Grarr Dexx from GANK said “…we picked up on that and managed to bubble him there [...] while Pandemic Legion bridged in next door. We took heavy damage, but managed to keep him [in place and] obliterated the Nyx barely 7 kilometers from the shields.”
Nyx pilot Jacass66 had the following to say “…At first there was no real threat to my super carrier, but we then got word that there were [more hostiles] arriving from a neighboring system. The next minute they were all on top of me, attempting to bump me away from the starbase shields and the rest, as they say, is history.”

Eve University Celebrates 6th Anniversary – news from EvE
May 2nd
Aldrat, Metropolis – Recently, Eve University (E-UNI) celebrated its 6th anniversary hosting a streak of special events such as lectures, Q&A panels, combat tournaments and nullsec combat expeditions.
Founded on 106.03.15 by Morning Maniac, who recently appointed Kelduum Revaan as new CEO, Eve University offers training services to New Eden’s capsuleers in an effort to provide them with the necessary skills to achieve long and successful careers.
According to Kelduum Revaan, over ten thousand pilots have passed through Eve University’s courses since its foundation. Having once been the single largest corporation in New Eden, it now numbers about 1500 members.
Eve University’s high rate of participation is achieved by providing students with free equipment such as Tech 1 ships, skill books and ammunition. “[This is] possible due to the way E-UNI is set up, with members assisting each other, and the vast majority of costs being paid for by donations we get from various donors all over the [New Eden],” explained Kelduum.
During the celebrations, Eve University has hosted guest lectures by well known personalities, such as Curatores Veritatis Alliance’s CEO Aralis and BC Hastings, CEO of Privateer Alliance. BC Hastings ended his lecture with with what he called “the practical More >
Sylph Alliance Closed – news from EvE
May 2nd
D61A-G, Providence – On 19.04.112, Sylph Alliance closed down after losing sovereignty over all its systems in Catch and Providence in the war with Against ALL Authorities some months ago.
Created four years ago, Sylph Alliance at its peak numbered nearly 500 pilots among 20 corporations that controlled 17 solar systems with 7 outposts.
Former Sylph communication officer, Souzen Yurama attributed the decline of the alliance to problems arising in the alliance after the Ushra’Khan attack, which Souzen considered as having “the biggest impact on the corps [that left] from Sylph.” After this attack, he claimed, the alliance had to raise internal taxes which lead to further corporations leaving. This left Sylph lacking in leadership and suffering dwindling numbers.
DirtyFace, CEO of United States Army Corporation [USAA], which was formerly part of Libertas Fidelitas Alliance [LFA] before joining Sylph, explained that “LFA pushed into Against All Authorities [AAA] space trying to take [HED-GP]” and identified this move as the source for all the problems within Sylph. “With no leader, Sylph was left to burn.” This situation led to USAA acceptance into Sylph. “I came in and within a week everyone voted me in as new leader. Now I had an Empire.” DirtyFace attributed his More >
Paxton Federation Defends Providence Territories – news from EvE
May 2nd
MH9C-S, Providence – Recently, Paxton Federation’s sovereign space in Providence has come under attack by the region’s new inhabitants. According to diplomatic sources, fights have been raging since Monday in and around the MH9C-S and AY-29I solar systems.
Paxton Federation was the only one of the former “Providence Holders” allied with Curatores Veritatis Alliance which retained sovereignty after Against ALL Authorities and its allies conquered the region. The alliance was not immediately attacked by the region’s newcomers, but hostilities began after Paxton Federation ships were claimed to be working with CVA to contest sovereignty in AY-24I. Rules set by Against ALL Authorities prohibit contestation of sovereignty in the region (a protocol known as a “Non Invasion Pact” to which Paxton, as CVA allies and enemies of Against ALL Authorities, claim they never agreed).
“[Paxton’s capsuleers were] found to be supporting a CVA attack on AY-24I. That, along with CVA’s clear use of Paxton stations was the spark for renewed conflict,” claimed Ugleb of Ushra’Khan.
Randall Alba of Paxton Federation, admitted that Curatores Veritatis’ vessels are welcome in Paxton’s space, however he dismissed Ushra’Khan accusations of assisting CVA as false. According to him, Curatores Veritatis’ Campaign is based in Misaba and reaching Paxton’s More >
Alleged 14 Billion ISK in Blueprints Lost in Suicide Attack – news from EvE
Apr 28th
Hek, Metropolis – Last month, a suicide attack by Cal 7 of 0utbreak destroyed an Iteron carrying a large quantity of blueprints belonging to Stokar of Caprica Corp. Stokar estimated the value of the blueprints at 14 billion ISK, while Cal 7 stated that they were mostly BPCs worth just over a billion ISK.
Stokar, CEO of Caprica Corp and member of the Ihatalo Cartel Navy alliance, was piloting an Iteron-class hauler through the Hek system when Cal 7 from Outbreak corporation launched a suicide attack from his Brutix-class battlecruiser.
Cal 7’s vessel was fitted with close-range Heavy Neutron Blaster IIs and opened fire at point-blank range where it was easily capable of doing enough damage to cripple the Iteron before CONCORD could destroy the Brutix in retaliation.
The hauler, carrying a considerable quantity of blueprints, including a few tech 2 blueprint copies, was destroyed in a matter of seconds. Most of the cargo, however, survived the explosion and was scooped from the wreck by Cal 7’s wingman.
Stokar evaluated the loss in blueprints being around 14 billion ISK. “About 80% of them were original,” he said. While attacks on ships moving valuable cargo are not uncommon in New Eden, such More >
Crielere Project Scientist Released – news from EvE
Apr 27th
New Caldari – Dr. Tamo Kintonnen, research scientist for Hyasyoda, has been released by Provist investigators after a week of what has been described as “intensive interviews.”
The Press Office of Hyasyoda released the following statement about the scientist’s detainment:
“We have made a formal complaint to the CPD over this matter. Hyasyoda employees and their professional intellectual property belong to the Corporation. It is against the founding principles of the State for an outside agency to interfere with individual corporations’ employees, and we question the legality of this inquiry.”
The Caldari Providence Directorate refused to comment on the ongoing Crielere inquiry.
